Delivery Partners - Poinsettia ships all orders with Royal Mail. We pass limited information to Royal Mail to ensure they are able to deliver your order to you. 

Marketing Companies - Poinsettia works with marketing companies such as Mail Chimp, Yotpo and Olark who help us manage electronic communications with you or carry our product reviews on our behalf. 

IT Companies - Poinsettia works with IT companies including Shopify who support our website. 

Payment Processing - Poinsettia works with trusted payment processors to to securely take and manage payments. 

All orders are processed through the Shopify Store Shopping Cart via Shopify Payments powered by Stripe or PayPal Merchant Center. Credit card information collected on this website is stored on the above payment processors secure site(s). Shipping, contact and email information is also stored. Your data is transferred directly to our payment processor and we never see or store your card details in full. 

Your information collected through Shopify Payments powered by Stripe or PayPal’s secure online payment system is governed by the Shopify Payments powered by Stripe or PayPal Privacy Policy. PayPal requests information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used by Shopify Payments powered by Stripe and PayPal for billing purposes and to fill your orders. The information we collect may be held in the UK but will also be transferred to the US as our website is operated by a US company. By checking out through our website you agree that your information will be transferred to the United States.
